Who is the Resa?

Well, first and foremost I’m a dog lover. Short and small, big and tall, nice and mean, fat and lean. I love dogs. And I love all other animals, too… Even alligator gar. Humans, however, not so much.

I spend my time doing homework because, when I grow up, I want to be a dietician. In the summer I work as a lifeguard and when no one at the pool is looking I become a mermaid. My tail is a smooth, glittery, aquamarine wonder of the natural world. The kids at the pool last year tried to catch me throughout the summer in my mermaid form, the fools. Of course, I knew when they were looking. It’s nearly impossible to trick a mermaid.

On this site, I spew my weirdness in the forms of pictures, poems, rants, songs and stories. Whatever tickles me fancy.
